    Action research involves groups of colleagues in diagnosing a situation ,reflecting and carrying out an intervention in order to improve current conditions. The focus for this inquiry can range from student's learning ,to school procedures and teaching methods. The intrinsic(essential) value of this strategy lies in the opportunity for teachers to examine their teaching situations .
    5-Cooperative Development(The Teachers Group):
    Teachers need chances to discuss what they are doing and what happens to them in class
    A popular alternative where a group of teachers takes the decision is to meet once a month .In this situation colleagues ,usually working in the same school fore example meet together to discuss any problems which may arise in the course of their teaching.

    Taking Extra Responsibility:

These classes usually last for six weeks and may extend to a second six-week session. Beside adding to your experience, you can increase your income Watch for announcements from the administration or contact the person in charge of summer school early in the spring. In some districts ,teachers are also able to teach night classes or tutor special classes after the regular workday in some education centres.

    Mentoring student teachers is really an opportunity for adept teachers to plan ,interact, listen and develop new approach in their career.
    48Presenting Papers at Meetings:
    Submitting a paper or a workshop for the teachers in the meetings inside the school or outside the school is one of the most powerful catalysts for reflection. Teachers who present papers find their knowledge expanded and also their possibilities for the future expanded.
